To confirm your booking and give you the details for the day, to manage safety, to arrange insurance, to deliver your photographs, to contact you about cancellations, and in aggregate form to improve our service. We do not use it for anything else.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not share your information without your consent, except where required by law, where it is necessary to protect life or safety, or where an incident must be reported to our insurer.
5. Photographs and video
We publish photographs and video from a charter on our website or social media only with your consent, confirmed in person or by message on the day. You can ask us to take anything down at any time.
6. Service providers
We use external services for booking and for delivering files — cloud storage, LINE, WhatsApp. We require appropriate security from every provider we use.
7. Security
Access to personal information is limited to the staff who need it, and information is deleted once it is no longer required.
8. Access, correction and deletion
You may ask us to disclose, correct, suspend the use of, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us by phone or on our official LINE or WhatsApp account.
